We are looking for 4 Senior Customer Helpdesk Support in Tunis for an important multinational company. Candidates will work in the customer care area, offering technical assistance to the clients.
Main responsibilities and activity:
- Phone customer care and management of trouble ticketing
- 1st and 2nd level help desk support
- Customer management and updating by phone or e-mail
- Preparation of technical documentation to support complex analyzes
- Reports analysis and definition of corrective actions to improve internal targets
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of ITSM tools - Trouble Ticket management
- Autonomy with analysis and resolution of problems activity
- Customer care and problem-solving orientation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the French, English and Italian
