For an important company in the chemical world we are searching for a
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Who will be responsible for the sales of Personal Care products to customers primarily located in DACH and Northern Europe Countries.
To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
To make sure that the existing clients are maintained while developing the new customers
To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
To actively participate to Trade shows, customer seminars and product trainings
To prepare the sales report and submitting them to senior management.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in an international environment
- Market and customer knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Preferable knowledge of German
- Flexible to travel (over 50%)
- Strong communication and relationship ability
- Time management and organization skills
