The customer is an Italian manufacturer that sells his products in all the major countries all over the word through
a structured network of national exclusive distributors.
Sector: peripheral angiography.
Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
To make sure that the existing clients (national distribiutors) are retained and maintained while developing the potential new customers
To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
The candidate will be responsible for a sales plan of the assigned geographic area defined based on past experience, competences and skills; the yearly sales plan will be discussed and defined in team with the sales director and approved by the Board Of Directors.
Target will defined for each quarter and bonus will be assigned based onachievement of sales target.
A constant update about in progress negotiations will be requested to define a perspective for the future periods.
Profilo del Candidato
Education: basic education on sales management is welcome.
Specialized knowledge: medical equipment and/or devicessales management, betterif focused on the following market segments:
Interventional cardiology (peripheral interventions)
Skills and abilities:
Other languages will positively favorite the assignment of relative geographic areas.
Experience: knowledge of the specific market segment (vascular surgery,interventional radiology and interventional cardiology) will be favorite. The best candidate has a previous experience as product specialist and growth as sales area manager for a company on the same market segment.
