CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS_FLUENT DUTCH
Who will be responsible for managing end to end customer enquiries & cases via phone, e-mail, chat delivering an omni-channel service.
• Management and orchestration of complex customer cases (such as complaints) involving multiple internal departments covering all the possible issues
• Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and services of all categories
• Tight interaction with colleagues for what concerns the calls taken on their behalf
• Previous experience in the relationship with customers
• Mother tongue level in Dutch
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation, flexibility and problem solving complete the profile.
The company offers:
full time contract from Monday to Saturday from 9 to 6 pm, 23-25K per year
Place of work: North of Milan (Maciachini).
