Assistant Contract Officer
The postholder will be in charge for all procurement and administrative tasks supporting the Contracts Officer and will be responsible for the preparation and execution of contract actions, with the supervision and under the authority of the Head of Service of the Contracts Officer.
The ideal candidate shall be in possession of:
University degree in Law
Experience in contract/procurement matters, gained either in industry or public administration
Experience in formulation of contractual/legal documents as well able to understand issues of technical and management nature.
A good knowledge of English and/or French
knowledge of another language would be an asset.
Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks.
