Job Description

lastminute.com group is looking for a HR Analyst for its team based in Chiasso.

The HR Analyst will provide technical expertise to ensure processes are effective, standardised, automated and scalable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve tools, systems, and processes to administer sales incentive compensation plans and to ensure payment accuracy

  • Provide support to the manager to define sales objectives

  • Analysis and generate reporting to accurately report sales performances and plan effectively

  • Work with the HR and business teams to agree, implement and report on KPIs for HR.

  • Develop a full and detailed understanding of human capital data that is available across the company including familiarity with all the systems involved in maintaining that data. Develop the expertise to be able to access data and report from all platforms and then consolidate this data into meaningful reports/presentations.

  • Function as a primary analytics and reporting specialist for the HR function by developing standard reports; designing, running and maintaining ad hoc queries; maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing of HR data.

  • Perform enterprise analysis and reporting – accessing and gathering data from disparate sources and consolidating it into meaningful reports.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a relevant field

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, queries, data collection/import);

  • Technical Expertise and in-depth knowledge of planning and analysis tools; solution driven approach to systems and processes; advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, SQL, VBA, Database).

  • Able to communicate complex messages and outputs from their analysis in a confident and ‘simple way’, and the ability to train others in technical/analysis skills.

  • Proficiency with quantitative analysis, and database skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities, managing deadlines to deliver on all commitments

  • Fluent in English

  • Flexibility
